Falcons nip Vikings in extra innings!

The Falcons baseball team improved to 8-3 with a 6-3 extra inning victory over Clarkstown South Sunday afternoon at Boulder Stadium.  Owen Lorenz pitched 7 strong innings allowing only 3 hits and striking out 8 Viking batters.  Senior William Callaghan went 4-5 with 2 RBI's to lead the falcon offense.  Will also had a potentially game saving catch in foul territory in the bottom of the 9th inning as well.  Stephen Greeley pitched 1 & 1/3rd innings to pick up the victory while Robert Ottaviano entered in the bottom of the 9th and pitched out of a jam to earn the save.
